With Achaean Content Manager as part of your website's on-line password protected administration section, you can:

 Full Screen
This will make the content management box take up the whole window
 Preview
This will pop-up another window showing whatever has been entered as it will appear on the front end of the website
 Search
This will open a Search & Replace window that allows you to search for words or phrases and replace them with other text of your choosing.
 Cut
After highlighting the text you want to cut the Cut button will cut the text out and keep it for you on the clipboard
 Copy
After highlighting the text you want to copy, the Copy button will copy the text so you can paste the text somewhere else.
 Paste
Move the cursor to the place in the GUI where you want to paste and click the Paste icon.
 Paste From Word
This will paste text from a Word document
 Undo
This will undo the last change you made
 Redo
Having undone something, Redo will undo the undo.
 Foreground Color
Highlight any text that you want to change color, and click on the icon, and select the color you want to use from the drop down. If the color you want to use isn?t there Click on More Colors. Here you can choose the color of your text with more advanced controls.
 Background Colors
To change the background of your content managed area click on and select a color from the color menu that drops down
 Bookmark
A bookmark will allow you to hyperlink between pieces of text on the same page. Highlight the piece of text you want the hyperlink to go to, which will become the bookmark, and click on the bookmark icon. Type name for the bookmark and click on insert. Then click on apply and ok. Now go to the text you want to link to this book mark and create a hyperlink
 Hyperlink
Highlight the text that will be a hyperlink and click on the link icon. A hyperlink web page dialog will pop up. In the Source Drop down select if the hyperlink page will be http://, https://, mailto:, ftp://, news:, or javascript:. In the following field enter the URL of the page you want to link to. To link to a bookmark, select Bookmark instead of Source and choose the bookmark you want to link to.
Click Insert, apply, and ok.
 Image
Click on the image icon and paste the source link of the image you want to use. You can also enter a title for the image, select the image alignment, and border.
 Table
Select the number of cells you want using the drop down of cells. You can also click on advanced and set the rows and columns manually with the spacing, padding, border.
 Edit Table/Cell
Table Size - insert or delete rows
AutoFit settings
Properties - height and width adjustments
Style - CSS Text Editor
 Show/Hide Gridlines
This toggles between showing and hiding the gridlines of the table the cursor is in
 Absolute
 Special Characters
This will pop up a window with the special characters available to you. Click the character you want to use and it will appear where the cursor is. Line
This will creata line line the width of the GUI
 Form Editor Adding check boxes, radio buttons, Lists, Hidden Fields, and Text Fields can all be done through the Form Editor. Click on the Form Editor and the options will drop down. Select the desired form tool.
 Remove Formatting Highlight formatted text (Font, Color, Background Color, Size) and click on Remove Formatting to revert the text back to defaults.
 View/Edit SourceThis will pop up a text editor window. In the text editor you can edit everything in the GUI directly with HTML code.
 Style & Formatting This lets you edit Text Formatting, Paragraph Formatting, List Formatting, Box Formatting, and Custom CSS.
 Paragraph
This allows you to make highlighted text a different heading than other text
 Font Name
This lets you change the font of text
 SizeHighlight the text you want to alter size and choose the corresponding size
 Bold
Highlight the text you want in Bold and click on the bold icon.
 Italic
Highlight the text you want italicized and click the italics icon
 Underline
Highlight the text you want underlined and click the underline icon
 Justify Left
Highlight the text you want justified left and click the justify left icon
 Justify Centered
Highlight the text you want justified center and click the justfiy center icon
 Justify Right
Highlight the text you want justified right and click the justify right icon
 Justify Full
Highlight the text you want justified full and click the justify full icon
 Numbering
Highlight the text you want numbered and click the numbering icon
 Bullets
Highlight the text you want bulleted and click the bullets icon
 Indent
Highlight the part you want to indented forward and click the indent forward icon
 Outdent
To outdent click on the back indent button
