Our company approached Achaean in the hopes they would be able to in a short period of time create a complex online database critical to our success. From day one the staff at Achaean understood the time pressures we faced to meet our clients demands for the database. The Achaean project manager took full ownership of our database development and stayed in constant contact with me throughout the project. Achaean always maintained the highest level of professionalism, adhering and even completing work ahead of our condensed agreed-upon time line. Always immediately responsive to my calls and requests, the Achaean staff routinely went above and beyond what I expected in terms of response time and the quality of the product. Even when I asked them to create new features on the database that we had not originally agreed upon, my requests were always met with a can-do?attitude and the changes were immediately implemented. Achaean often anticipated our needs before we did, pro actively enacting changes and improvements which lead to a feeling that they were truly concerned about our ultimate success and not just trying to rush through the project. The final database was rolled out and exceeded my highest expectations. I look forward to continuing to work with Achaean.
